Terms of Service

Taskly is an online marketplace that connects customers with students aged 16+ who offer local services. Providers are independent and are not employees of Taskly.

You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. Providers must be at least 16. Some providers may need parent or guardian approval.

Providers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings and the services they perform. Customers are responsible for describing the job accurately.

Taskly adds a platform fee to the provider's price, shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe. During testing, no real money is charged.

Reviews must be honest and based on a completed job. Taskly may remove content that breaks these terms.

Harassment, fraud, unsafe behavior and misleading content are not allowed. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

These terms will be finalized before public launch and may change. We'll update this page when they do.
