When something goes wrong
If something goes wrong with a booking, you can submit a support request or dispute through Taskly. We'll review the information available and handle the issue according to our policies.
Submitting a dispute does not automatically guarantee a refund or a particular outcome. We don't automatically side with the customer or the provider — both can share information before any decision.
A single report doesn't lead to a penalty. Confirmed, repeated problems — such as no-shows — may lead to a warning, a temporary restriction, suspension, or removal from Taskly. Serious safety concerns may be escalated immediately.
