Refund & Cancellation Policy

Customers can cancel a request before the provider accepts it. After acceptance, please agree on changes directly with the provider as early as possible.

If a provider cancels or can't complete the job, the customer should not be charged for that job.

If a job wasn't completed as agreed, contact support with the details and choose "Payment issue". Refunds are reviewed case by case and returned to the original payment method.

Taskly currently runs payments in test mode. No real money is charged or refunded.
