Account details (name, email, role), profile and listing content you publish, provider phone numbers, service requests, reviews, and verification details such as date of birth, school and guardian contact where required.

Names, profile photos, services, prices, general service areas, ratings, reviews and earned badges. Phone numbers, dates of birth, guardian details and payment information are never public.

Card and bank details are entered on Stripe's own secure pages. Taskly stores only Stripe reference IDs, never full card numbers or security codes.

To run the marketplace, connect customers and providers, review verification, process payments, respond to support requests and keep the platform safe.

You can edit your profile and listings at any time. To request account deletion or a copy of your data, contact support.
